Happy Easter

Kendyll had a great Easter this year, even though she's really sad that Jesus was "ressurrected" (she gets ressurrected and crucified confused, but we're working on that). We listened to conference, which was wonderful, and even had time for other activities. Normally we just watch Kendyll dye all the eggs in all the colors until we have a dozen brownish-black eggs. She did remarkably well this year. This was her first egg . . .
And this was her 5th or 6th or . . .
We even had the Frecklton's over; Claire tried to dip her fingers more than anything.

We even had time to find Easter Eggs. Kendyll was concerned that Drew was not going to get any eggs, but we assured her that he couldn't eat chocolate as a 1 week old. So she started with an empty basket . . .

And looked all over the back yard. . .

With a little bit of help from her daddy-o, she found them all. And of course, once she found them, she wanted us to hide them again.

It was a great Easter weekend!

  1. Jeff looks like he is squeezing Claire to death in that picture! I'm sure he was just restraining those arms from grabbing the cup of dye. Can I get a copy?? Thanks for having us over and letting us dye half of your eggs.
